Valclyde Signature Stays
Effective Date: January 22, 2026
1. Services Provided
- Short-term rental accommodations
- Guest services
- Co-hosting/property management
- Valclyde Signature Stays is not a hotel.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts.
3. Bookings, Pricing and Policies
- Pricing, taxes, and fees are disclosed before booking.
- Cancellation, refund, deposit, cleaning, pet, late checkout, and administrative fees are disclosed at booking and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Policies may vary by property or booking platform.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may be reviewed and documented for fraud prevention.
4. House Rules
- House rules are part of the rental contract.
- Must be accepted at booking.
- Violations may result in fees, removal, or termination.
5. Right to Refuse or Terminate
- Where permitted by law, we may terminate a stay for rule violations, illegal activity, safety risks, or misrepresentation.
- Termination may result in loss of payment, though partial refunds for unused nights may apply depending on circumstances and applicable law or platform rules.
6. Property Condition Disclaimer
Properties are provided “as is.” Temporary outages do not constitute breach.
7. Risks
Guests assume risks inherent to residential properties except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Damage and Charges
Guests authorize charges for damages, rule violations, unpaid fees, or excessive cleaning.
9. Insurance
Guests should obtain personal travel or renter’s insurance.
10. SMS Communications
Service messages only.

- Consent is not required to purchase
- Mobile opt-in data is not shared for marketing
11. Property Owner Terms
Owner services are governed primarily by separate executed Owner Agreements.
12. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid, except where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
Users indemnify Valclyde for misuse or violations.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
- Arbitration provider: AAA (American Arbitration Association) or mutually agreed provider
- Class actions are waived
- Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by sending written notice to the contact address below
- If arbitration is unenforceable, disputes proceed in Minnesota courts.
15. Governing Law
Minnesota law applies.
16. Modifications
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
